London Eye & London Eye River Cruise
By the Thames, just across from Big Ben, you will find one of London's most famous landmarks, the Ferris wheel London Eye. It's one of the most popular tourist attractions in London.

From here you get a whole new view over the city. A full turn at the famous Ferris wheel in one of the 32 enclosed capsules takes around 30 minutes. At the highest point, you are 135 meters above sea level and from here you can enjoy the spectacular view of London.

More than that, you will also enjoy your Thames river cruise, which departs just below the London Eye.

On your 40-minute cruise, you'll see some of London's most incredible sights, such as Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, St Paul’s Cathedral, Tower Bridge, Tower of London and Shakespeare’s Globe.

How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete, your e-tickets are send directly to your email. Mobile tickets are accepted. 

How does it work?

London Eye cruise: The date and time you select is for your visit at The London Eye river cruise and can not be changed or modified. Please arrive at the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes prior to your booked timeslot to make sure you do not miss your departure. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket and board the London Eye cruise

London Eye: You can visit the London Eye up to 3 days prior to your London Eye river cruise and up to 90 days later.
For faster access we recommend to book a specific date and time over the booking portal. Please be there 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot. Link and instructions can be found on your E-ticket.
If you did not pre-book London Eye via the booking portal your tickets will be subject to availability at time of visit and will require visiting the ticket desk to get booked into the next available timeslot. Immediate availability is not guaranteed.

Please note: one e-ticket will grant access to all attractions. Any changes you will make through the booking portal will be reflected by the very same bar codes on your e-tickets, and no new e-tickets will be required. You can change your booking up to 10 times and 24h prior to your booked London eye river cruise.

Do I have to visit both attractions on the same day?
No, you can choose to visit the London Eye up to 3 days prior to your London Eye river cruise and up to 90 days later. We recommend to book date and time of your visit over the booking portal.
